Race cancellations all over the globe have left runners at a standstill, so SynchroKnit wants to help people continue to move, train and stay connected. The series will include virtual races of 5k, 10k, half-marathon, and marathon distances spread over eight weeks. These virtual races are free and open to everyone. All you need is a Strava account (free) and a device that can track your run (gps watch, phone, etc).
